The IHOT Program provides intensive, community-based mental health services to children and families in their homes, schools, and community settings.
Program Overview
IHOT is designed to:
- Prevent out-of-home placement
- Support family reunification
- Provide intensive therapeutic intervention
- Strengthen family systems
- Connect families with community resources

Intensity
- Up to 10 hours per week of direct service
- 24/7 crisis support availability
- Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
Duration
- Average length of service: 4-6 months
- Regular progress reviews
- Gradual step-down process
